I am originally from Clontarf and have been living in Ratoath for the past 12 years with my husband and two children. I studied design and visual communication in the Dublin Institute of Technology and spent the past 15 years working in the fields of design, photography and health foods.
For the past two years I have been running art and crafts classes as well as the Summer and Easter camps in Ratoath Community Centre.
The art classes are all about experimentation, allowing the children the freedom to explore and develop their own special creativity and love for art in general.
Classes have been developed by me and tailored season by season, drawing inspiration from the world around us. I do my very best to ensure that a wide variety of creative avenues are presented to the children. This helps them enhance their existing skills as well as encouraging them to develop new ones.
I have always had a passion for art, design and crafts. I sincerely believe that creativity takes many forms and can be found in the most unexpected places.
